We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager / Generalist to lead and support our HR initiatives across the organization. - Oversee human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing employee evaluation processes.
- Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies in accordance with employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and organizational design principles.
- Lead change management initiatives and support workforce management strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate performance management programs, training & development sessions, and succession planning efforts to nurture talent growth.
- Handle employee relations issues proactively, including conflict management and disciplinary procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and HR data entry to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or as a generalist within fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS systems like iCIMS or Lever for sourcing top talent.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce or Kronos for payroll and workforce management.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
