Our client is looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR function, implement enterprise-grade frameworks, and support scalable growth across multiple locations. This role focuses on HR strategy, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement while building robust processes and capabilities aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives
  • Build scalable HR practices to support multi-location operations and rapid growth
  • Design and implement HR frameworks including competency mapping, career bands, skill matrices, performance management, and leadership development pathways
  • Develop and formalize HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Implement learning and development programs, technical upskilling, and leadership development initiatives
  • Drive structured performance management using KPIs/OKRs
  • Lead succession planning and capability development for critical roles
  • Oversee HR operations with focus on process maturity, automation, and HRMS utilization
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and India Labour Laws, internal governance, and statutory requirements
  • Strengthen employee relations frameworks and manage escalations professionally
  • Build recruitment frameworks for technical, functional, PMO, and leadership roles
  • Manage workforce planning, bench management, and deployment readiness
  • Lead engagement and culture initiatives, championing diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being


Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive HR experience in IT services or technology consulting
  • Experience in large enterprise delivery models with 300–500+ employees
  • Proven ability to design HR frameworks and policies from scratch
  • Strong understanding of UAE and India Labour Law
  • Experience managing HR teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in HR transformation projects in IT consulting is an advantage
  • Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS/ERP platforms is preferred
  • Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or equivalent preferred
  • Certifications in HR, L&D, or Organizational Development are a plus
