We are a fast-growing startup looking for a proactive and responsible Human Resource & Talent Acquisition Intern who can independently manage human resourcing activities. As we do not have a dedicated HR team yet, this role requires someone who can take ownership and help build basic HR processes from the ground up.
This is a high-responsibility role with real startup exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Create job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with management
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
HR Operations Setup:
- Help design basic HR policies (leave policy, work hours, code of conduct)
- Assist in preparing offer letters and internship letters
- Manage onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records
Employee Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Handle basic employee queries
- Assist in performance review coordination
- Plan small engagement initiatives (team activities, feedback sessions)
Administrative & Compliance Support:
- Track attendance and leave records
- Maintain HR documentation in organized format
- Support in basic compliance coordination (if required)

- Strong communication and people management skills
- Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting interviews
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
