Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager with a proven background in a software house or IT company. This role will manage full HR operations, employee performance, and support business growth through strong people and performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, employee management, and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives
• Handle employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate payroll, leaves, benefits, and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and growth
• Support sales performance strategies by aligning HR processes with business targets
• Track and manage KPIs and performance metrics for sales, technical, and support teams

Requirements

• HR experience in a software house / IT company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Experience managing multi-department teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with HR and performance management tools is a plus
