Human Resources Officer

Kuwait City, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Partner with management to identify HR needs and provide strategic input.
  • Plan and execute training & development programs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
