Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing human capital resources. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans aligned with organizational goals, including organization design and succession planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing strategies.
- Oversee onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Administer benefits programs, including paid time off and retirement plans using platforms like ADP.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts through effective conflict management techniques and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance management activities such as employee evaluation, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans to support continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements across all HR practices.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management.
- Collaborate with leadership on project management tasks related to HR initiatives such as organization design or workforce planning projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting via social media channels and utilizing HR sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage benefits administration processes efficiently using platforms like Paychex or ADP.
- Knowledge of organizational design principles and strategic planning methodologies to support workforce development efforts.
