We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, insurance, and related government procedures
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide general HR support to employees and management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of HR procedures and labour regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
