Key Responsibilities:
Visa & Immigration Management (Primary Focus):
- With the existing staff jointly responsible for manage the entire employee visa process, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all types of visa applications
- Ensure strict compliance with all UAE immigration laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employees' visa statuses and document expiry dates.
- Advise employees and management on visa-related queries and requirements.
- Recruitment & Onboarding (Secondary Focus):
- Support the full recruitment cycle: from job posting and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain the recruitment database and track key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, specifically handling visa processing in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of UAE immigration procedures, online apply systems, and online portals is essential.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
