Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Lahore. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR management processes, formulating HR policies, handling employee relations, and developing job descriptions aligned with the company’s goals. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating recruitment, managing employee files, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role also encompasses fostering a positive workplace culture and serving as an advisor to management on personnel-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and overseeing Human Resources (HR) operations.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies and guidelines.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns effectively.
• Ability to develop comprehensive and clear Job Descriptions for various roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or digital solutions company, is an advantage.
