Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer to manage daily human resources activities. This role involves maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and supporting routine HR operations to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
  • Enter, update, and track HR data accurately
  • Manage the flow of records and internal entries
  • Assist with daily HR administrative functions & support general HR operations and coordination tasks

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
  • Ability to handle daily operational tasks efficiently & understanding of HR procedures
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
