We are looking to hire a
proactive and dependable HR Officer
based in
Riyadh
to support day-to-day HR operations, Government Relations (GRO) activities, Saudi government portals, and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and compliant business operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Purpose
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing government relations, maintaining employee records on Saudi government platforms, supporting HR operational processes, and assisting with general office administration. This position is essential to supporting the company’s ongoing growth and compliance in KSA.
Key Responsibilities

Manage HR operations related to Saudi government authorities and ministries.

Handle and update employee data on government portals including
Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad
.

Coordinate visa processing, Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and related employee documentation.

Support
Saudization (Nitaqat)
requirements and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Handle general office administration tasks and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Provide operational HR support to management and the HR team as required.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience
in HR operations and GRO roles within Saudi Arabia.

Strong hands-on experience with Saudi government portals.

Good understanding of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.

Strong communication skills in
Arabic and English
.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
