We are looking for a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team, where you will contribute to managing HR operations, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth human resources processes across the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance documentation.

  • Support performance evaluation processes and employee training & development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely support and solutions.

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and updates for management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement HR initiatives and internal projects.

  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and labor regulations to improve HR operations.




  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.

  • Good knowledge of HR policies.

  • Excellent communicator

  • Proficiency in HR software and attendance/leave management systems.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
