Job Description: HR Operations Generalist

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from Whitefield office)


We are looking for an HR Operations Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, strong in MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related documentation
  • Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance of HR letters
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards
  • Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Coordinate with vendors for wellness programs and CSR engagements
  • Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of HR operations/shared services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HRMS tools
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process orientation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
