HR Operations Specialist

Job Objective

To ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, contribute to the development of a positive work environment, and support employees and management in various HR-related aspects such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and resolving work-related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • s:Execute recruitment processes including CV screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with relevant departmen
  • tsAssist in preparing contracts and documentation for new hire
  • s.Monitor attendance, leave, and time-tracking record
  • s.Support training and development plans and organize training session
  • s.Implement and follow up on periodic performance evaluation
  • s.Ensure company compliance with labor laws and government regulation
  • s.Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance to employees regarding their rights and responsibilitie
  • s.Participate in the development of internal HR policies and procedure
  • s.Prepare periodic reports on HR performanc
  • e.Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentialit
  • y.Enter and manage employee data in the Jisir or ERP syste
  • m.Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing and employee entitlements, including end-of-service benefit
  • s.Manage social insurance (GOSI), medical insurance registration, and other government-related HR transaction
  • s.Track employment contract renewals, probation periods, and sponsorship transfers when applicabl
  • e.Issue official HR letters such as salary certificates, warning letters, and leave approval
  • s.Support government audits and inspections by preparing and providing required HR documentatio
  • n.Assist in handling employee offboarding and ensure proper clearance and documentatio
Qualifications and Requirements
