Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our People Operations team. This role will support day-to-day HR administration activities and ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in People Operations or HR Administration and enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and conversational English to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding HR processes and employee requests
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reporting activities
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across People Operations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role
  • Conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience
