Role Description

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities for construction projects, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, subcontract services, and equipment in line with project requirements, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong market knowledge, cost control skills, and close coordination with project, contracts, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of payroll experience, preferably within the construction or project-based industry .
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structures, allowances, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service calculations.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi payroll systems , including Mudad, GOSI, WPS , and Saudi Labor Law requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, employee contracts, and payroll compliance.
• Experience handling large and diverse workforces (office and site employees).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Strong coordination skills to work with HR, Finance, and Project teams.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure during payroll cycles.
