Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including ATS systems like Lever and iCIMS.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes to support talent development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on FMLA, workers' compensation, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Support change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with management on organization design and succession planning strategies.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and managing conflict effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, and Salesforce for HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in human capital management or administrative roles within HR.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and workforce management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
