Position Overview

The Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter / HR Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing Mortgage Loan Officers. This role blends talent acquisition with HR support duties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and employees. This is a salary + commission position with strong earning potential for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Mortgage Loan Officers through various channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain strong pipelines of qualified loan officer candidates
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance requirements
• Support company growth initiatives through strategic recruiting efforts
• Build strong relationships with prospective hires and internal teams
• Represent Loanville’s culture and values during candidate interactions

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers or working in mortgage/financial services highly preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage operations, loan origination, or related industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and hiring needs
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• HR experience is a plus
