Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition initiatives forward. Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
  • Conduct employment law compliance checks and ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment activities and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
  • Support employee orientation programs, employee relations initiatives, and succession planning efforts to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers and build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan; experience with ADP is a must.
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,374.29 - $72,708.83 per year
