Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a knack for identifying talent that aligns with the company’s culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ suitability for the position
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or career events

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (1–3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT/Non-IT/BPO/Manufacturing hiring (based on your industry)
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
