Job Title: HR Recruiter – Pharma Formulations

Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical formulation roles in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hiring for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth joining
• Maintain recruitment data and support bulk hiring needs

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in pharma formulation recruitment
• Knowledge of OSD manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
