Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates aligned with the organisation’s culture and business needs. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels
  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person)
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with stakeholders
  • Negotiate offers and manage pre-employment checks

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate journey
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Provide feedback to shortlisted and rejected candidates where appropriate

HR & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
  • Support onboarding activities and joining formalities

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire)
  • Prepare recruitment reports for HR and management
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring across multiple roles or functions is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
