Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in HR and recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Post job openings on job portals and social media

Provide a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support HR team with documentation and MIS reports

Skills & Requirements

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Willingness to learn and grow in HR & Talent Acquisition
