An HR Recruiter manages the full hiring cycle: creating job descriptions, sourcing/screening candidates (online, social media), conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and onboarding new hires, all while representing the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key duties include strategy development, database management (ATS), candidate communication, and background checks, aiming to attract and retain top talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Write and post job ads, use job boards, social media, and networks to find candidates, craft outreach emails, and attend career fairs.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, administer tests, and provide qualified candidate shortlists to managers.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain applicant data, communicate throughout the process, and coordinate interviews.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, handle new hire paperwork, and help with onboarding plans.
  • Strategy & Branding: Develop recruitment strategies, build employer brand, and stay updated on market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and online sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (often preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
