Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hospital staff, ensuring timely hiring of qualified medical, paramedical, nursing, and non-clinical personnel in line with hospital manpower requirements and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, and administrative staff.
- Understand departmental manpower needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Documentation & Onboarding:
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Verify employee documents and credentials.
- Maintain recruitment files, trackers, and MIS reports.
Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with hospital policies and statutory norms.
- Support NABH documentation related to manpower planning and recruitment.
- Assist during HR audits and accreditation processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Employer Branding & Process Improvement:
- Support hospital branding on job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
- Improve recruitment processes and turnaround time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Healthcare or hospital recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong recruitment exposure may apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interviewing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in job portals, MS Office, and HR systems.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
