Human Resources Recruiter/ Generalist- Part Time- Room for Growth

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter / Generalist to support our growing team. This role will begin as part-time with the potential for expanded hours and career growth. The primary focus will be recruiting, with additional exposure to general HR functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruiting (recruiting experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS or HR systems preferred
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently

Essential Position Functions

  • Lead recruiting efforts for open positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles
  • Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system
  • Conduct phone screens and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with offer coordination and onboarding processes
  • Support general HR tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
