Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator and will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and updates.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Support recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Currently using Paycor Recruiting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
- 2-5 years working in HR with recruitment comfort
Education
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
