Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Representative to join our team and drive our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will manage a full spectrum of HR activities tailored to a behaviora health setting, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Develop and excute recruiting strategies to attrack qualified clinicians, behavior analysts, therapist, and administrative staff.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications while ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective communication and relationship management.
- Screen applicants, conduct referernce checks, and facilitate a smooth, compliant onboarding process.
- Support talent management initiatives such as employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and training & development programs.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while handling employee relations issues with transparency and professionalism.
- Mediate workplace concerns, conduct investigations as needed, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with leadership.
- Support supervision teams with performance feedback processes, coahing and development plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition or employee relations.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administrateion, Psychology or related filed: preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Experience in technical recruiting or specialized hiring processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in documentation such as contracts and employee evaluations.
- A proactive mindset with strong relationship management skills to support employee orientation, training & development initiatives.
- Language spoken and written: English (required) spanish (preferred)
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
