Human Resources Responsible

We are looking for a " Human Resources Responsible " for our recruitment team based in Çankaya, Ankara.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree from related departments,
• Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience in related fields such as recruiting, onboarding and talent acquisition,
• Strong command of English,(Russian is a plus),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges swiftly,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and personalities,
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing employee records, documentation, and other processes,
• Ability to reside and work in Ankara, and travel when required.

Job Description:

• Sourcing candidates, preparing job postings and screening applications through employment websites such as Linkedin etc.,
• Keeping track of applications, interviews, and onboarding process,
• Collaborating with project executives and supervisors to understand staffing needs and workforce requirements for the construction sites and head offices,
• Conducting phone and online interviews after finding the right candidate for the position through sourcing,
• Taking responsibility for database studies related to recruitment operations,
• Conducting exit interviews,
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
