Human Resources Specialist

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

  • Maintain the update of all company employees’ approved leaves in the system, such as annual, work, educational, exam, maternity, marriage, paternity, emergency, sick, Hajj, unpaid, and all other types of leaves.
  • Monitor employees’ attendance and departure to ensure compliance with official working hours.
  • Update employees’ data in the Human Resources Management System.
  • Enter information related to employee data, such as personal information, qualifications, employee details, and compensations.
  • Create and maintain payrolls, leave records, and end-of-service documents.
  • Implement annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures, as well as other leaves specified in the approved leave policy. Apply procedures for promotions, transfers, and end-of-service, and record all employee approvals according to approved systems and procedures.
  • Handle employee complaints, comments, requests, and inquiries professionally and escalate issues to the department manager effectively when necessary.
  • Prepare specialized HR-related documents and reports, provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, present and clarify them, and store them in the database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Follow up and finalize transactions and procedures with related governmental and private entities.
  • Review the Chamber of Commerce and complete all related transactions.
  • Renew all company-related documents and licenses.
  • Responsible for the arrival of new or current employees.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and other related information.
  • Provide copies to the Finance Department of tickets paid by the company.
  • Assist in processing requests in the system and ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare statistical reports as needed for the department manager or direct supervisor.
  • Comply with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work-related matters.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
