Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan, design, and implement monthly engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, team-building games, recognition events, etc.).
- Develop creative engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and teamwork.
- Conduct pulse surveys, gather employee feedback, and present improvement plans.
- Organize learning & development sessions, workshops, and wellness programs.
- Maintain an active employee calendar for engagement, celebrations, and internal events.
- Promote a positive company culture aligned with Brandsmashers Tech’s values and goals.
- Drive employee retention and recognition initiatives (awards, appreciation mailers, newsletters).Required Skill Set:Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Behavioral Skills:
