Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan, design, and implement monthly engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, team-building games, recognition events, etc.).
• Develop creative engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Conduct pulse surveys, gather employee feedback, and present improvement plans.
• Organize learning & development sessions, workshops, and wellness programs.
• Maintain an active employee calendar for engagement, celebrations, and internal events.
• Promote a positive company culture aligned with Brandsmashers Tech’s values and goals.
• Drive employee retention and recognition initiatives (awards, appreciation mailers, newsletters).Required Skill Set:Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
