Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to be assigned in the Istanbul Head Office of Gap Construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities, preferably from Industrial or Management Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in all HR functions especially in recruitment,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and preferably SAP HR tool,
• Preferably experience in construction sector,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Advanced planning and organizational skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes (posting, interview, offer process, etc.)
• Conducting performance evaluation and career planning processes
• Determining training needs and planning training organizations
• Organizing and keeping personnel files up-to-date
• Preparing HR reports and presenting them to the management
• Taking an active role in projects to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty
