About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be an HR generalist with hands on experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and government related HR procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment while supporting the company's people strategy and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Handle government HR processes, including GOSI, work permits, visa processes, and Saudization requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
• Assist in HR reporting and HRIS data management.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in KSA, preferably with exposure to government HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
