Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, addressing employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management practices. The role also includes maintaining compliance with labor laws, handling recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations and ensuring company compliance
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is a strong plus
  • Fluency in Arabic, with proficiency in English being an advantage
