Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Updating employee records
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
  • Initiating disciplinary procedures
  • Manage recruitment (Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts, interviewing and negotiating offers)
  • HR strategy and business management
  • Ensuring legal compliance and health and safety
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
  • Degree in Human resources or any related course
  • Good communication skill
  • knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies
  • Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Computer savvy

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
