Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updating employee records
- Overseeing employee relations
- Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
- Initiating disciplinary procedures
- Manage recruitment (Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts, interviewing and negotiating offers)
- HR strategy and business management
- Ensuring legal compliance and health and safety
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
- Degree in Human resources or any related course
- Good communication skill
- knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies
- Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management
- Proficient knowledge of MS office
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Computer savvy

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
