HR Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an HR Specialist based in Islamabad and to work remotely on EST 9am to 5pm

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
• 2–3 years of experience managing full recruitment cycles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote and senior teams
• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed

What You Will Be Doing

• HR Oversight: Manage the company’s HR approach, forecast staffing needs, identify skill gaps, and align hiring with business goals.
• Leadership Partnership: Work with senior leaders to update HR policies, support succession planning, and share workforce insights.
• ATS Management: Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (CareerPlug), maintain accurate data, improve system use, and ensure smooth candidate flow.
• Brand & Postings: Keep job ads current, promote our company values online and offline, and provide personalized support to candidates.
• Reporting & Insights: Create reports on hiring trends, sourcing results, and speed of recruitment; share clear recommendations with head office.
• Daily Operations: Be the main contact for applicants, guide them through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, while following compliance and fairness standards.
