The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist in administering benefits, payroll updates, and HRIS data entry.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
