This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for an HR Specialist. The HR Specialist will manage recruitment processes, assist in onboarding and offboarding, and provide support for employee relations issues. The role involves handling HR compliance, maintaining records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Specialist will contribute to enhancing company policies and practices to meet organizational goals.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Experience in employee relations, including managing onboarding, offboarding, and workplace policies
• Proficiency in HR compliance, documentation, and record-keeping
• Skills in training development, employee engagement, and fostering team collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HR software tools and systems
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within staffing or recruitment industries is preferred
