Home Improvement & Construction Industry
We are a growing home improvement and construction company specializing in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions, roofing, and full residential renovations throughout South Florida. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR / Recruiting & Vendor Coordinator to support our continued growth.
This position combines recruiting, human resources support, subcontractor sourcing, vendor relations, and pricing analysis. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners.

Responsibilities
Recruiting & Human Resources
- Source, recruit, and onboard employees for office, sales, production, and field positions.
- Manage job postings through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking and employee records.
- Assist management with workforce planning and staffing needs.
Subcontractor & Vendor Development
- Identify and recruit qualified subcontractors for construction and remodeling projects.
- Source new vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Verify licenses, insurance certificates, and qualifications.
- Obtain and compare pricing proposals from vendors and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and suppliers.
- Assist management in negotiating favorable pricing and service agreements.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized databases of vendors, subcontractors, and applicants.
- Track pricing, proposals, contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Support management with special projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, vendor management, or procurement preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is highly desirable.
