Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR within Qatar.
- Valid Qatar residency (QID) and currently residing in Qatar.
- Fluent in Arabic – both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair workplace.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities accurately and on time.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies across all HR practices.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support decision-making.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
