Human Resources Specialist (ARABIC SPEAKER)

Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR within Qatar.
  • Valid Qatar residency (QID) and currently residing in Qatar.
  • Fluent in Arabic – both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair workplace.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities accurately and on time.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies across all HR practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2.00 - QAR3.00 per month
