Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
Maintain recruitment databases and employee records
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Foster a healthy workplace culture
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts team
Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions
Ensure timely salary disbursement
HR Operations
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Handle confirmations, appraisals, promotions, and exits
Maintain accurate employee documentation and MIS reports
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal cycles
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
Assist in employee engagement activities
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
1–4 years of experience in HR operations
Skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
Experience in payroll processing
Exposure to HR compliance in India
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
