ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
With supervision, create and process offer letters for all positions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
With supervision, complete onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation activities are completed.
Routinely, answer Tier 1 calls from team members and candidates, addressing questions and providing information as needed.
Prioritize and handle multiple HR transactions, promptly reporting any potential barriers to leadership.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive work environment.
Primary contact for all team member inquiries and opportunities, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Recruitment Communication: Serve as a liaison between recruiters and candidates, facilitating precise and efficient communication.
Support the overall function and goals of the department by performing other HR-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Basic excel and word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work demands.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required.
1-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred.
