Intro

We’re looking for a people magnet — someone who can spot positivity from a mile away, read energy like a book, and build teams that win. At InnoVision, culture isn’t a buzzword — it’s the heartbeat of our brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard and energy is everything, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

About InnoVision Marketing Group

InnoVision Marketing Group (IMG), proudly known as The Anti-Agency®, was founded with one purpose — to redefine what a marketing agency can be. Named one of Inc.’s 5000 fastest-growing companies for 2025, we’re a full-service, globally recognized brand that blends strategy, creativity, and culture into everything we do. We’re fueled by passion, precision, and an obsession with extraordinary service — and our culture is what makes it all possible.

About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Specialist who doesn’t just manage people — they understand them. Someone who can identify a great attitude before the résumé even hits the desk. You’ll be the keeper of our culture and the connector who ensures every new team member is not only talented but also aligned with who we are and how we work.

At InnoVision, culture isn’t a department — it’s the engine that drives everything. This role is for someone who thrives in an environment where standards are high, expectations are clear, and excellence is the baseline. You’ll be an integral part of building, supporting, and celebrating a team that lives our values and makes the impossible happen daily.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion and protect the InnoVision culture, ensuring every hire strengthens our brand and our team.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing, culture-fit candidates who elevate the bar.
  • Partner with department heads to identify growth opportunities and develop career roadmaps that inspire long-term success.
  • Manage employee relations with empathy, transparency, and professionalism — always through the lens of positivity and accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws while keeping policies aligned with our culture-first philosophy.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance team engagement, retention, and recognition — including initiatives like our WOW Card program and other culture-driven experiences.
  • Support leadership in performance management, training, and coaching initiatives that help every team member reach their potential.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance HR systems, processes, and documentation to support our growing team efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • A culture-driven leader with a genuine passion for people and positivity.
  • 3years minimum experience in this, or a similar HR title equal to or greater than this position.
  • A proven ability to spot and develop talent — you know what an A-player looks like before they even say a word.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of California employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing HR programs, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
  • A creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table and has the confidence to run with them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.

Why You’ll Love It Here

Because we’re not just an agency — we’re The Anti-Agency®. You’ll work with a passionate, talented, and driven team that believes in collaboration, communication, and culture as the foundation for excellence. Our fully in-house environment means your impact is immediate and visible every single day.
