PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and organizational processes while helping maintain a positive and productive remote work environment.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration

Manage and support daily human resources operations and administrative tasks remotely

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases

Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Support scheduling and coordination of interviews, meetings, and HR activities
Recruitment & Talent Support

Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant communication

Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment tracking processes

Collaborate with hiring managers to support staffing and recruitment needs

Help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout HR processes
Employee Relations & Compliance

Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and HR matters

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines

Support updates to HR documentation, handbooks, and internal procedures
Systems & Process Improvement

Use HR systems, communication tools, and administrative platforms effectively

Track HR activities, employee records, and recruitment metrics accurately

Assist in improving HR workflows and operational efficiency

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and organizational support activities
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
