Human Resources Specialist (Reporting & Analytics)

We are looking for an HR Specialist (Reporting & Analytics) to take part in Borusan Cat located in Gebze.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties of universities,
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources processes,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data,
• Preferably experienced in SuccessFactors and SAP-HR modules,
• Proactive and able to act quickly,
• Team-oriented, collaborative,
• Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment.

Job Description

• Providing operational and system support across all Human Resources processes (Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, etc.),
• Preparing monthly consolidated routine reports and managing the reporting calendar,
• Preparing analytical reports by working in coordination with Human Resources teams across 5 countries,
• Supporting the end-to-end management of budget, compensation & benefits, and bonus processes, and conducting required analyses,
• Working closely with HR Business Partners to perform analyses and process improvement initiatives where needed,
• Contributing to the preparation of senior management presentations and reports,
• Providing system, process, and reporting support during audit processes,
• Managing the system preparation process for Employee Engagement surveys,
• Contributing to the preparation of the company’s integrated annual reports,
• Interpreting and providing insights based on responsible reporting to support and guide organizational strategy.
