Role Description

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures.

• Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Accuracy, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to handle employee relations matters such as leave, attendance, and exits.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Strong time management and task organization skills.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
