Job Purpose
Support the Human Resources department in daily operations and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration under the Tamheer Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and employee data
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Recent graduate eligible for Tamheer Program
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and Saudi labor regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Arabic and English
