Human Resources Specialist - Tamheer (fresh graduate)

Job Purpose

Support the Human Resources department in daily operations and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration under the Tamheer Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Recent graduate eligible for Tamheer Program
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and Saudi labor regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of Arabic and English
