Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Education, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on
training and development

Proven experience in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating
training programs
.
Familiarity with learning journeys, learning management systems (LMS), and practices that foster a
continuous learning culture
.
Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with data, and detail orientation in evaluating training effectiveness.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office and preferably digital learning tools.
Experience in
internal communication practices
and tools, preferably within corporate environments.
Strong written communication skills, capable of preparing clear, engaging content.
Ability to work in a
disciplined, focused, and independent manner with minimal supervision

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description
Design, implement, and continuously improve training and development programs
aligned with institutional and employee needs.
Coordinate the full cycle of training activities: needs analysis, planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
Develop and apply methods to
evaluate training effectiveness
and ensure measurable impact on employee performance.
Support the creation and implementation of
learning strategies, tools, and processes
that promote a culture of continuous development across the institution.
Provide support in
internal communication activities
, including preparing content for intranet, newsletters, and announcements, in alignment with organizational culture.
Contribute to internal engagement events and projects that strengthen employee experience and institutional values.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to identify training and communication needs and co-create effective solutions.
Take responsibility for projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision.
While the primary focus will be on
