Human Resources Specialist-Training (UAE National)

  • Conduct training needs analysis by assessing employees’ needs and the organizational structure to identify appropriate training programs.
  • Develop the annual training plan aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers and monitor the quality of training deliverables.
  • Manage the training budget, monitor expenditures, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop training materials and ensure alignment with best practices and approved standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training programs by conducting pre- and post-training assessments, developing smart KPIs, and monitoring performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze all training-related performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with relevant entities to support digital transformation and automate training processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on training indicators related to organizational units.
  • Prepare and submit periodic training reports and program outcomes.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and train training department staff to enhance their skills.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs and coaching programs.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Assessment Centers and their application in developing employee competencies.
  • Monitor trainee satisfaction, analyze training feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all training records in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties or projects related to training and development, as required.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualification :Masters in HR or Related Faculty Desired
Minimum Work Experience :5 years experience, with minimum 3 years in Training
