Human Resources Specialist-Training (UAE National)
Conduct training needs analysis by assessing employees’ needs and the organizational structure to identify appropriate training programs.
Develop the annual training plan aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers and monitor the quality of training deliverables.
Manage the training budget, monitor expenditures, and provide recommendations.
Develop training materials and ensure alignment with best practices and approved standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training programs by conducting pre- and post-training assessments, developing smart KPIs, and monitoring performance.
Develop, monitor, and analyze all training-related performance indicators.
Coordinate with relevant entities to support digital transformation and automate training processes.
Monitor and follow up on training indicators related to organizational units.
Prepare and submit periodic training reports and program outcomes.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and train training department staff to enhance their skills.
Design and implement leadership development programs and coaching programs.
Possess a strong understanding of Assessment Centers and their application in developing employee competencies.
Monitor trainee satisfaction, analyze training feedback, and recommend improvements.
Ensure proper documentation of all training records in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Any other duties or projects related to training and development, as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification :Masters in HR or Related Faculty Desired
Minimum Work Experience :5 years experience, with minimum 3 years in Training
