Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and eager Human Resources Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing their HR skills, supporting daily HR activities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by helping with HR sourcing and screening resumes.
• Participate in employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and informed.
• Contribute to employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback and assisting with performance management documentation.
• Help organize training & development programs and assist in tracking employee progress.
• Support benefits administration tasks, including benefits enrollment and record keeping.
• Aid in preparing reports related to workforce management, employee relations, and compliance with employment & labor law regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data collection and entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members across departments.
• Basic understanding of human capital management concepts such as FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
• Familiarity with HR software systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically.
